Trivago, a renowned hotel search engine, has partnered with Travala, a platform accepting cryptocurrency. This collaboration will allow millions of Trivago users to find, compare, and book Travala's 2.2 million properties worldwide.

Trivago's partnership with Travala will enable users to find and book Travala's properties globally. A key feature is the option to pay with over 100 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and AVA. Trivago's Timo Itterbeck stated that this partnership offers a comprehensive overview of accommodation options, including cryptocurrency payment.

Trivago offers over five million hotels in more than 190 countries. With this new collaboration, the platform's three million unique monthly users will have access to cryptocurrency payment options. This month, Travala revealed that its expected annual sales for 2024 are $100 million, nearly double the previous year, indicating rising demand for cryptocurrency-based travel.
