The DFX Finance project has been hacked by hackers. Fraudsters managed to steal about $4 million in cryptocurrency. The attack was made on the Curve pool. The developers of the project announced this on their Twitter.
Experts found that the fraudster managed to smuggle part of the stolen funds through Tornado Cash.
Users noted that DFX Finance managed to be audited by Pickax. However, there is no additional information on the Pickax website, only the names of the founders. The presence of an audit did not save DFX Finance from being hacked, which also raises a number of questions.
Following the attack by the scammers, project leaders urged users to withdraw assets from Polygon's liquidity pool. Compensation plans have not been announced yet.
Earlier, it was reported that the FSA of Japan demanded that FTX Japan suspend operations.
