One of the largest automakers, Nissan, has filed 5 trademark applications. These applications list the most popular car models: GTR, SKYLINE and Z.

Trademark registrant Mike Kondoudis has noted that Nissan plans to work not only with NFTs, but also create its own blockchain trading platforms, wallets and other software to work with unique goods.

An application for a trademark for an auto is an electronic file with basic information for registering an NFT.

In April 2022, it became known that Nissan and Toyota are starting a collaboration to create products in the metaverse. As a result, an application for working in the VR space was created, based on the VRChat startup. Thus, the developers planned to show new cars.

Earlier, the Korean auto brand Hyundai showed interest in the metaverses. The team said they want to digitize robotics from Boston Dynamics for use in the Metaverse. This development will allow you to connect to digital versions of robots and use them between the real world and virtual reality.
