About Blur Finance

Blur Finance automatically maximizes user rewards from various liquidity pools (LPs), automated market creation (AMM) projects and other revenue opportunities in the DeFi ecosystem.

Of all deployed vaults, Blur Finance is based on its own $BLR governance token. The platform's income is generated from a small percentage of all vault profits and is shared among those who wager in $BLR. Since this is a decentralized project with a deeply rooted crypto mindset, there is also a robust governance system in place to place decision making in the hands of those who invest in the project through governance mechanisms, built around $BLR.

What are vaults:

1. Vaults — investment vehicles that use a specific set of farming strategies.
2. They use automation to continually invest and reinvest deposited funds, which helps to achieve high levels of compound interest.
3. Using Blur storage to increase your profits, you save thousands of transactions with associated gas costs and precious personal time. Instead of manually collecting and selling rewards, buying more tokens and constantly reinvesting them, the vault does it all automatically at high frequency.

Vaults are the core of the BlurFinance ecosystem. In Blur Vault, you earn more than the asset, invested in it, whether it is a Liquidity Pool Token (LP) or a standalone asset.

When looking at the vaults on the platform, you will see the Annualized Percentage Yield (APY), which accounts for frequent compounding, compared to the Annualized Percentage Rate (APR), which does not. You will also see the daily % and the total amount, invested in storage by all users (TVL). In addition, you can see which underlying platform the vault uses as a source of revenue.

How do LP vaults work?

Liquidity pool vaults (LPs) operate by reinvesting fees, awarded to LP members. In exchange for providing liquidity to the pool, many platforms reward investors with tokens.

Blur Finance Vaults regularly collect these rewards, sell them, buy more of the underlying LP assets and reinvest to complete the cycle.Blur Finance

This exacerbates the reward, received from the liquidity pool. Beefy Finance creates strategies that automate this process, saving you time and gas costs, compared to farming manually. All of this is done for a small fee, which is shared between those who participate in the Blur management pool or BLR Maxi storage. A small percentage also goes to the treasury of Blur Finance.
