Metaverse Football League, or MFL for short, is a web-based football game that allows users to forge their own path. In the MFL, you can guide your players to successful and profitable careers. What is MFL?
MFL is developing a multi-faceted ecosystem that mimics how the real world of football works. MFL allows users to customize their own experience, giving them full control over their level of participation, personal goals and interactions. From impersonating a single player as an agent to managing a football empire, the possibilities are almost endles.
Each MFL player is randomly assigned visual traits, personal information and attributes. Due to the millions of possible combinations during the minting process, each player is guaranteed to be a unique NFT.

The first and most striking layer of a player's personality — their appearance. MFL players are minted with a unique set of visual traits that give each of them a unique look. Traits come in different rarity levels, meaning that some players will inevitably flaunt extremely rare trait combinations and stand out from the rest. Player skins are randomly generated and cannot be changed. Names and nationalities are randomly generated and taken from real datasets.
The developers used the top 50 countries in the FIFA World Rankings to determine which ones would be initially represented and at what scale. The top real world soccer countries have a larger MFL player pool, while the lower ranked countries have a smaller one.
Attributes
The second and more intriguing aspect of a player's profile — the assessment of their abilities in the form of attributes. Ratings affect how players play on the field and determine what level of rarity they belong to.
There are six main attributes in MFL. Players are assigned a rating between 0 and 99 that indicates their skill level for each of these attributes at any given time. Depending on the position of the player on the field, the attributes are assigned a different degree of importance when calculating the overall rating. The marketplace allows you to filter attribute ratings. You will also be able to view the attributes of any player in the game.
Airdrops
Drops — the main way to get MFL assets. These are scheduled releases of a certain batch of assets. During the drop, users can purchase packs of varying rarity, containing one or more assets at a specified price.
The contents of the package depend on the type of purchased package. To make things more exciting, luck also plays a role. A rare or legendary player can end up in any slot machine.
