What is SkillWallet?

It is the first protocol to provide truly autonomous, permissionless, portable identity. It is an identification system, based on the skills and contributions of each person, not on their personal data. The Skill Wallet is designed to connect people with the communities they join, rewarding them, based on their participation.

SkillWallet - a universal identifier on the blockchain

How does the SkillWallet system work?

SkillWallets keeps track of someone's contribution to the community, regardless of the blockchain/network where the interaction takes place. Once created, the SkillWallet NFT ID cannot be transferred (or sold) to another person or wallet. Rather, SkillWallet allows users to own their identity and develop it with them.

To get their NFT Universal ID, users need to join their first Web3 community. This makes SkillWallet the first skill-based ID standard, tied to the DAO. A partnership agreement is required to integrate the SkillWallet decentralized authentication system.

It allows you to customize your DAO by adding:

1. Name.
2. Logo.
3. Description.
4. Market.

The application allows you to set up roles (2 or 3) in your community. These will be the same roles that members of your community will be able to choose during registration.

At the time of receiving their SkillWallet, new members of the community assume a role and responsibility in that community to be active, participate and contribute to it.Skill Wallet

SkillWallet enhances the security of the online community in two ways. Each participant ID is a non-transferable NFT, which makes it unique, ensuring data persistence (on the block chain) and immutability. In addition, the lack of transferability ensures that each member will have an internal incentive to cooperate with other members of the community, and not speculative goals.

When applying for community membership, users scan a QR code. This ties each individual identifier to a mobile device, limiting risks such as flooding and sybil attacks.

Mobile app

The SkillWallet mobile app — an online community membership tool. On a technical level, a mobile app is necessary to access products, allowing users to join an online community and interact with Web3 decentralized technology by scanning a QR code.

The mobile app gives the user a more personal feel and a real sense of ownership of their SkillWallet. In the application, the user can see all details about their SkillWallet - metadata, the community they have joined, the level of commitment, skills, roles and badges. The user can also sign transactions with their software by scanning the QR code in a secure and user-friendly way.
