About Pumpopoly
Pumpopoly — a virtual real estate simulator reminiscent of classic board games. Playable on all devices, the game is pixel art on an animated HTML5 canvas. Get paid when someone parks on your property. Buy land to get more rent. Build big buildings to improve your property and increase your income. New land is added at a higher price to ensure your satisfaction. The gameplay is simple. Players receive a salary from the treasury for each turn. Just click "Drive & Claim" to start collecting rewards.

Players receive a salary from the treasury for each turn. However, if they arrive on another player's land, they must pay rent to the owner for the parking privilege. Parking is free on all land, owned by the City of Pumpopolis.
Unlike the classic board game Georgist, Pumpopoly features a dynamically expanding game world. Land is an infinite resource that players can upgrade. New land, owned by the city, is added at an exponentially higher price for your satisfaction.
There are currently five property types in the game: vacant, shack, small townhouse, large townhouse and executive tower. All property types have 256 pixel art variations. Players can upgrade their lands by building upgrades. Each improvement provides exponential rent growth. Players must have an appropriate in-game credit rating in order to build upgrades on their land. In-game credits are determined by the number of owned lands and the total number of active invitees. In addition, players receive a 50% commission on all city land, purchased by their invitees.
Trade in the crypto game
Pumpopoly players can sell their land on the in-game market or export their property to a non-fungible token. NFTs may be traded on external third-party markets. All in-game purchases are denominated in PUMPOPOLY native fungible tokens. Fungible tokens are issued exclusively from the game contract. Similar to land prices, the price of PUMPOPOLY tokens, sold under a gaming contract, increases exponentially as they are issued.
If desired, players can buy or sell their fungible tokens on third-party distributed asset exchanges. Both fungible and non-fungible tokens are issued on the NEAR blockchain. NEAR provides connectivity to Ethereum, allowing tokens to be wrapped and traded on other blockchains.
