Ubisoft joins tech giants

Ubisoft is following the footsteps of major tech giants like Apple, IBM, and Oracle, as well as Hollywood studios such as Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery, by suspending its Twitter ads. The decision is driven by growing concerns about unregulated antisemitic content on the platform.

While Ubisoft's exact rationale is yet to be confirmed, the collective action of billion-dollar companies withdrawing from Twitter likely influenced the game studio's choice. The controversy has escalated with Twitter owner Elon Musk endorsing a post widely criticized as antisemitic. Ubisoft has not responded to Decrypt's request for comment.
