In anticipation of the bull market peak in the crypto community, Ethereum advisor Stephen Nerayoff has made optimistic predictions about XRP.

Nerayoff suggests that XRP is shining in the bull market. The crypto consultant explains that the current bull market began after Ripple won a legal victory against the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to the Ethereum consultant, Ripple's victory in court helped resolve uncertainty and triggered the start of the bull market.

It is worth noting that last year Ripple achieved a partial victory over the SEC when a federal judge ruled that XRP is not a security.

Interestingly, Nerayoff also emphasized that the current bull market represents an opportunity for XRP that was missed in the past due to the legal dispute between SEC and Ripple.

For a better understanding of the situation, it is important to consider that in December 2020, the SEC accused Ripple of illegally issuing XRP as a security without registration. This happened shortly before many cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, reached new all-time highs (ATH).

While several cryptocurrencies reached new ATHs in 2021, XRP's price in April 2021 was $1.96, which was 50% lower than the previous ATH of $3.4 set on January 4, 2018.

Meanwhile, Nerayoff revealed his plans to invest an undisclosed amount in XRP. This became known after a crypto enthusiast asked him if he owned XRP.

In response to this question, Nerayoff confirmed that he currently does not have any investments in XRP, but he hopes to change that in the near future. However, he did not disclose specific timing for when he plans to invest in the sixth-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
