Binance, the cryptocurrency exchange with the highest transaction volume globally, has expanded its trading pairs on both Cross Margin and Isolated Margin.
As per Binance's announcement, Cross Margin serves as a margin mode enabling traders to utilize all the assets within their margin accounts as collateral for a particular position. Consequently, if the trader's margin account balance dips below the maintenance margin threshold, the position will face liquidation.
In contrast, Isolated Margin operates as a collateral mode that permits traders to utilize only a portion of their assets as collateral for a position. In this case, if the trader's margin account balance falls below the maintenance margin level, only the assets designated as collateral for that specific position will undergo liquidation.
The introduction of these fresh trading pairs aims to diversify trading options for users and enhance liquidity on the platform. Binance has been diligently broadening its offerings in recent months, introducing novel features and services in an effort to attract a larger user base to its platform.
