Binance, the highest valuation cryptocurrency exchange, is already licensed to operate its FSP operations by the FSRA in the Abu Dhabi Massive Market (ADGM). At the moment, the cryptocurrency exchange provides the opportunity to store cryptocurrencies in the UAE, thanks to this document.
The FSP license will enable Binance to provide custodial services to institutional users, subject to compliance with the FSP rules, set by the FSRA.
