BlockDAG has launched a new testnet, offering significant rewards for users, including 10,000 BDAG tokens for each participant.
Testnet Rewards
During its seventh AMA, the BlockDAG team announced that every user joining the testnet will receive 10,000 BDAG tokens. These tokens will follow a real vesting schedule set for the mainnet launch.
User Participation and Activity
BlockDAG is also offering additional rewards of $2,000 for 30 users demonstrating the highest activity levels. Prizes will be based on mining, wallet use, and token holdings. This strategy aims to foster active participation and realistic testing of the system.
Secure Token Distribution Plan
Users earning 10,000 BDAG tokens will receive 40% of their tokens unlocked immediately, while the remaining 60% will unlock in stages. This is designed to test how smart contracts will function when the mainnet goes live.
The BlockDAG testnet is open to everyone, allowing users to actively participate and help refine the platform ahead of the mainnet launch.
