Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced support for the upcoming Arweave (AR) and MultiversX (EGLD) network upgrades and hardforks to ensure a seamless user experience.
Arweave Network Upgrade
The Arweave network upgrade is planned for block height 1,602,350, with an estimated time of February 3, 2025, 17:00. Deposits and withdrawals will be suspended on February 3, 2025, at 16:00.
MultiversX Network Upgrade
The MultiversX network upgrade is planned for period 1650, with an estimated time of February 4, 2025, 18:30. Deposits and withdrawals will be suspended on February 4, 2025, at 17:30.
Important Notes for Users
AR and EGLD trading will not be affected during the upgrades. Binance will manage all technical aspects of the upgrades on behalf of users. Deposits and withdrawals will resume without further notice once the networks are confirmed stable.
These network upgrades are expected to enhance the functionality and security of both blockchains and reinforce Binance’s commitment to providing uninterrupted service.
