Berachain has officially announced the long-awaited details of its BERA token airdrop. Tokens will be available to claim starting February 6, 2025, through various EVM-compatible wallets.
Details of the BERA Airdrop
The announcement, made via the project’s official X account, confirms that tokens will be available to claim starting February 6, 2025. Users can claim their allocation using a variety of EVM-compatible wallets, including Metamask and OKX Wallet.
Eligible Token Recipients
The BERA token distribution includes an airdrop of 15.75% of the total supply dedicated to various segments of the Berachain community. Categories of recipients include testnet users, liquidity providers, NFT holders, and participants on the project's social platforms. Users who have engaged with the Artio and bArtio testnets, as well as recipients of the Application Request and Community Request programs, will receive tokens in recognition of their participation. Participants in the Boyco launch program with capital deposits will also be rewarded.
Berachain Network and Ecosystem
A separate allocation has been set aside for users actively contributing to discussions about Berachain on X or participating in the Berachain and Bong Bears NFT Discord communities. NFT holders in the Berachain ecosystem will also receive a portion of the airdrop. Bong Bears NFTs and their respective holders bridging their NFTs to Berachain will be rewarded with a significant portion of the allocation.
