Binance has revised its decision concerning Zcash, removing its monitoring status.
Decision on Zcash Status
Recently, Binance announced its decision to keep the Zcash (ZEC) token listed, reversing the previous monitoring status that indicated elevated risk and the possibility of delisting the token from the platform.
Removal of Tokens from Seed Tag
In addition, Binance plans to remove four tokens from the Seed Tag list on July 9, 2025. These tokens include Ethena (ENA), Pyth Network (PYTH), Bittensor (TAO), and Wormhole (W). Tokens with the Seed Tag signify new innovative projects that may have heightened volatility.
Update on Polygon Network
Binance will also temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals on the Polygon (POL) network from 1:00 p.m. (UTC) on July 10, 2025, to support the network upgrade.
The removal of monitoring status from Zcash and updates on other tokens indicate Binance's proactive approach to assessing its projects and meeting liquidity requirements.
