Binance has unveiled Alpha 2.0, an upgraded version of its Binance Alpha product, aiming to simplify transactions between centralized and decentralized exchanges.
Binance Alpha Upgraded to Version 2.0
The main enhancement lies in the ability to purchase on-chain tokens directly on Binance, eliminating the need to transfer assets to external wallets or create on-chain wallets. This significant simplification allows users to utilize funds from both Binance spot and funding accounts effortlessly.
Key Differences Between Alpha and Alpha 2.0
The new platform marks a major improvement over the original Binance Alpha, which was accessible solely through the Binance Wallet. Alpha 2.0 is fully integrated into the exchange, allowing for direct trading without external wallet dependencies.
Current Availability and Supported Assets
Alpha 2.0 is currently in a testing phase and available in select countries, including Vietnam. Binance has expanded the range of supported assets: previously, users could purchase BNB Chain and Ethereum tokens using USDT, and now Solana and Base assets are available with USDC.
With the release of Alpha 2.0, Binance takes a step towards more efficient trading and reduced transaction costs, offering users a wider asset choice and the convenience of trading directly via the exchange.
