Today, Bithumb, the second largest crypto exchange in South Korea, announced the addition of new trading pairs A8/KRW and DRIFT/KRW, causing a price surge for these assets.

According to an official announcement, Bithumb will launch A8/KRW and DRIFT/KRW trading pairs at 5:00 PM, South Korean time. The base price for A8 will be 429 KRW, and for DRIFT – 1,605 KRW.

Following the exchange listing announcement, A8's price increased from $0.28 to $0.37, while DRIFT rose from $1.12 to over $1.15. The market capitalization of A8 reached around $90 million, with DRIFT nearing $315 million.
