  4. Buenos Aires' Ministry of Education has announced a partnership with the ETH Kipu Foundation to integrate Ethereum and blockchain technology into high school curricula. Starting August 27, students will gain hands-on experience with these technologies.

    Integrating Blockchain in Schools

The program includes professional internships focused on blockchain projects, allowing students to engage directly with real-world applications of the technology.

"This initiative will open up new career opportunities for young people and place Argentina at the forefront of the global blockchain movement."Paula D., co-founder of the ETH Kipu Foundation

    Online Solidity Course

In addition to the in-school program, the ETH Kipu Foundation is rolling out an online Solidity course for 500 students aged 18 and over. Solidity is the main programming language used on the Ethereum blockchain. The course aims to empower participants to integrate with local businesses and potentially boost the local economy.

    Teacher Training

To ensure the initiative's success, the ETH Kipu Foundation is also focusing on training 30 educators through a hybrid training program. This will equip them with the necessary skills to effectively teach Ethereum and blockchain concepts, creating a knowledgeable cadre of educators who can inspire and guide students.

The new blockchain program in Buenos Aires opens up significant opportunities for high school students. The program aims to create a new generation of blockchain specialists and has the potential to expand to other cities and provinces in Argentina.
