Companies such as BlockRazor and 48 Club have already implemented attack filters. A registry of goodwill MEV participants will be maintained on GitHub.
Complexities of MEV and Its Consequences
MEV issues arise when attackers use mempool transactions to manipulate asset prices. Proposals to eliminate malicious MEV are being considered. Not all MEV is considered malicious and can highlight inefficiencies in the consensus process.
