The cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has announced a bounty for help in addressing the largest crypto theft in history, offering 10% of recovered funds to cybersecurity experts and analysts.

The theft involved over $1.4 billion in Ethereum cryptocurrency. It was revealed that North Korea's Lazarus Group was responsible for the attack, during which funds were moved in several transactions.
Bounty for Experts
Bybit is offering 10% of recovered funds as a token of gratitude to experts who assist in retrieving the stolen assets. This amount could reach up to $140 million.
Management's Comment
Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou noted that the company is working on enhancing security and supports broad industry collaboration to combat malicious actions. "Within 24 hours of the incident, we received support from the industry's top professionals and organizations," Zhou said.
