Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, in partnership with Manteca, introduces a new instant payment service in Argentina and Brazil, allowing users to transact with cryptocurrency.
Launch of New Payment Systems
Bybit and Manteca have announced the launch of a new instant payment service in Argentina and Brazil. Bybit users will be able to make payments using QR codes in Argentina and the PIX system in Brazil. This integration allows users to transact quickly and securely, using cryptocurrency.
Integration with Local Financial Infrastructure
Bybit Pay's integration with Argentina's Central Bank's Transferencias 3.0 system and Brazil's PIX payment system enables users to automatically convert cryptocurrency to local currency in real-time. This creates convenient conditions for transactions in stores that accept these technologies.
Statements from Company Leaders
Patricio Mesri, Country Manager for Bybit in Latin America, noted that this launch is a response to user needs for practical cryptocurrency use. He added, "We can offer a more complete experience: not just investing or saving, but also fast, simple, and secure payments in real life."
Federico Goldberg, CEO of Manteca, emphasized that Bybit's choice as a partner proves that high-quality technologies can be developed in the region.
The launch of the new Bybit service in Argentina and Brazil marks an important step toward integrating the crypto ecosystem with traditional payment systems, which experts believe can significantly ease the use of cryptocurrency in the daily lives of residents in these countries.
