California Governor Gavin Newsom has launched a new initiative known as the "California Breakthrough Project" to improve public services and strengthen ties with the private sector.

Participants and Events
The project's working group held its first meeting at Ripple's San Francisco headquarters on June 6. Joining the meeting were senior executives from technology companies like Instacart, Snapchat, and Anduril Technologies, along with prominent angel investor Ron Conway.
