Previously, users could only use Paymaster features with smart contract wallets. With the EIP-7702 upgrade, it is now feasible to pay gas fees in USDC instead of the native blockchain tokens.
Expansion to 7 Blockchains
Circle Paymaster is now expanding support across seven major blockchains, including: - Ethereum. - Arbitrum. - Base. - Optimism. - Polygon (PoS). - Avalanche. - Unichain. This makes transactions easier and eliminates the need for users to hold native tokens for fee payments.
Why It Matters?
