The U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has announced the launch of perpetual futures for the tokens Pudgy Penguins, Popcat, and Helium.
New Perpetual Futures for Pudgy Penguins, Popcat, and Helium
On February 6, Coinbase stated that it would add support for perpetual futures on the tokens Pudgy Penguins (PENGU), Popcat (POPCAT), and Helium (HNT). The perpetual futures for these three tokens will go live on Coinbase International Exchange and Coinbase Advanced on February 13, 2025.
Availability of Trading Platforms
Coinbase International Exchange is accessible to non-U.S. institutional clients in specific jurisdictions, while its Advanced platform is open to eligible non-U.S. retail users in those same regions.
Additional Listings on the Platform
On February 6, Coinbase also announced support for Berachain (BERA) perpetual futures. Listings on exchanges like Binance and Coinbase fueled the increase in BERA's value. Other cryptocurrencies launched on Coinbase International and Coinbase Advanced include Tezos, Axie Infinity, and MultiversX.
Coinbase continues to expand the variety of assets traded on its platform by adding new tokens and enhancing options for traders.
