Conflux Network and China Mobile: New Partnership in Digital Collections

Conflux Network, as China’s only regulatory-approved public blockchain network, has entered into a strategic partnership with China’s largest telecom provider, China Mobile. With over 1 billion monthly users, China Mobile is the country’s largest telecom operator.

First Video Ringtone Collection Will Be MIGO and ConFi

Conflux Network and China Mobile will offer innovative digital collections such as digital identities (DID), blockchain-based communication devices, and video ringtones (RBT). The products are supported by the Conflux TreeGraph public blockchain network and will be available to users through this network.

The partnership’s first product will be the world’s first public blockchain-based digital collection video ringtone. This series, named “MIGO and Friend ConFi,” will be launched on August 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM Beijing time. The collection will be available for purchase in the “Digital Collections” section of the Migu Music App.

The series features Conflux’s mascot “ConFi” and China Mobile Migu’s pioneering NFT product “MIGO” characters. The visual story, inspired by real-life landmarks in Hong Kong, invites users to a captivating experience. These video ringtones will be offered in surprise boxes, limited to a total of 5,000 units. Each box will be sold for approximately $2, with 1% of the boxes, or 500 units, being rare editions.

5G Experience and Innovative Digital Content

These video ringtone surprise boxes can be directly displayed on users’ phone screens without requiring any additional software installation. Thus, the latest experiences offered by 5G in personalization, social interaction, and interactivity will be made available to users.

Migu's Pioneering Role in Digital Content

With innovations in ultra-high-definition video, video ringtones, cloud gaming, cloud VR, and cloud AR, it has played a pioneering role in the digital content world. With this project, Migu is stepping into Metaverse and digital collection applications on a public blockchain network for the first time. This will allow Migu’s 120 million monthly active users to experience this new technology.
