  4. The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals is set to gather 18 of the best teams in the world, all competing for a $1 million prize pool. Set to start on November 8th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this anticipated tournament will run over several weeks and reach its grand final climax on November 24th.

    Stages of the FFWS 2024 competition

    The format of the FFWS Global Finals will consist of several stages. The tournament will start with the knockout stage, followed by the Point Rush Stage, ending with the Grand Finals. This event is expected to offer extreme head-to-head competition as teams from around the world clash to determine the best Free Fire team.

    Teams battle for a spot in the finals

    The knockout stage of the tournament will take place from November 8th to 17th. Of the 18 participating teams, 6 will be eliminated in this phase, reducing the number to 12. After the knockout phase, the remaining teams will proceed to the Point Rush Stage on November 22nd and 23rd, where additional bonus points will be introduced to give the best-performing teams an upper hand for the Grand Finals.

    International participation in FFWS 2024

    The lineup for the FFWS 2024 reflects its global nature. The 18 contesting teams represent top Free Fire talents from all corners of the world. Eight teams from FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Fall have qualified for the tournament, three from Latin America, and four from Brazil. Additionally, the winning team from FFWS Pakistan will also join, showcasing the wide reach and popularity of this major event.

    Throughout the event, teams will battle for the biggest portion of the prize pool, with the ultimate champion being crowned in Rio de Janeiro on November 24th.
