On June 21, Grant Cardone announced the purchase of around 1000 Bitcoin. The strategy's founder and Bitcoin advocate, Michael Saylor, congratulated Cardone, stating, “Congratulations on acquiring 1000 BTC.”
Strategy and Growth Plans
On June 20, Cardone Capital revealed the acquisition of 150 BTC worth approximately $15.6 million as part of its diversification strategy. Grant Cardone noted that the real estate market is broken and he aims to fix it using the real estate/BTC model. The project also anticipates reducing real estate allocation in the portfolio from 77% to 45% over five years, while increasing Bitcoin allocation from 33% to 66%.
Rise of Institutional Investments in Bitcoin
Recent data shows that Cardone Capital has invested nearly $100 million in Bitcoin and over $1 billion in real estate. Other companies, such as Reitar Logtech and DDC Enterprise, are also adopting strategies to accumulate Bitcoin, including plans to purchase up to $1.5 billion in Bitcoin for asset diversification.
