In addition to the free plan, Helium offers two paid options: Air Plan at $15 per month with 10GB of data and unlimited talk and text, and Infinity Plan at $30 per month, providing unlimited data, talk, and text. Users can choose the plan that best fits their needs.

Users can keep their current phones and numbers with the Bring-Your-Own-Device policy. The company also offers a Concierge Service that helps users contact their previous providers to ease the transition process.
