Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari announced price increases on certain models in response to new tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.
Tariffs and Their Impact on Ferrari
U.S. President Donald Trump has introduced 25% tariffs on all imported cars. In response, Ferrari is increasing the prices of some of its models by 10% to offset additional costs. The company believes that its wealthy clientele is unlikely to be deterred by these price hikes.
Models Affected by Price Increases
The price increases will affect popular models such as the Ferrari Purosangue SUV and the limited edition Ferrari F80. The Purosangue will see a price increase of approximately $43,000, while the F80 will see an increase of more than $350,000. Ferrari has also kept the terms for models 296, SF90, and Roma ordered before the tariffs unchanged.
Ferrari's Financial Outlook
Despite the changes, Ferrari has maintained its financial targets for 2025, forecasting increases in profits and revenues. The company expects to exceed 7 billion euros in revenue this year.
Ferrari remains confident in its ability to adapt to new market conditions while ensuring its customers remain loyal to the brand despite the price hikes.
