Web3 protocol iExec unveiled its 2025 roadmap, targeting RLC token enhancement, AI integration, and decentralized ecosystem expansion.
Enhancing RLC Token Roles
iExec plans to amplify the RLC token's role in 2025 by enhancing its liquidity and utility across various industries. New collaborations with centralized exchanges will improve trading access, while expanded liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges will deepen liquidity and offer new incentives for holders. The iExec Voucher mechanism, launched in closed beta in 2024, will scale to simplify token use for resource payments.
Expanding AI Integration and Collaborations
iExec will focus on expanding its Trusted AI framework. By leveraging Intel's Trusted Domain Extensions (TDX) alongside existing SGX technology, iExec aims to increase TDX workerpool availability for securing AI computations. The AiExec initiative will also roll out the iApp Generator, a tool to simplify the development of Trusted AI applications.
Technological and Marketing Initiatives
In 2025, iExec's technological advancements will prioritize scalability and developer accessibility. New tools like iApp Generator for privacy-focused applications and Web3Mail and Web3Telegram for secure communication will be introduced. Work on the iExec Sidechain and Layer-2 research will focus on increasing throughput and enhancing Ethereum interoperability.
Through enhancing utility, technical capabilities, and meeting other 2025 roadmap goals, iExec aims to establish itself as a cornerstone of web3 infrastructure.
