Injective platform integrates Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) support to boost performance and compatibility of its decentralized blockchain network.
Fully Integrated EVM
Injective has embedded EVM directly into the core of its blockchain platform, ensuring seamless operation without reliance on third-party solutions. This full integration enables smooth interoperability with the Ethereum ecosystem and expands possibilities for working with various technologies and decentralized applications (dApps).
Bridging Ethereum and DeFi
The introduction of EVM is part of Injective’s Multi-VM initiative, aimed at compatibility with multiple virtual machines including EVM and WebAssembly (WASM). The platform supports the latest Ethereum tools, allowing developers to leverage up-to-date Solidity features and Ethereum standards as they transition to Injective.
Optimizing for the Future
Injective is integrating AI models on its blockchain to support decentralized artificial intelligence (DeFAI). This opens up possibilities for creating AI-oriented financial applications and data indexing. In tests, the platform demonstrated the capability to process up to 800 Ethereum transactions per second in real-world conditions, performing transactions up to eight times faster than other blockchain networks.
With EVM integration, Injective significantly enhances its throughput and optimizes the platform for large-scale tasks and real-world applications.
