Last week, approximately $1.24 billion flowed into digital asset investment products, marking the tenth consecutive week of positive gains. Institutional investors have been identified as the main drivers of these capital movements.

Trends in Institutional Investments

The influx of $1.24 billion highlights an ongoing trend of institutional engagement over the past ten weeks, with major investments flowing through firms like Grayscale and BlackRock.

Market Dynamics

Currently, Bitcoin and Ethereum are the prime beneficiaries, capturing significant inflows. Bitcoin attracted about $1.3 billion, while Ethereum drew $583 million. This marks Bitcoin's most substantial inflow since mid-May.

Geographical Investment Patterns

These capital movements indicate heightened investor interest, especially from US-based institutional products. Switzerland, Germany, and Canada are also seeing significant activity, underscoring a growing appetite for digital assets among professional investors.

Institutional inflows continue to strengthen the stance of digital assets in the market, paving the way for further growth.
