According to Police Command Public Relations Officer Benjamin Hundeyin, the principal suspects recruited trainees from Anambra State for internet fraud, confiscating their earnings. The 12-year-old trainee, Minachi Udochukwu, received medical attention for healing injury marks found on his body.
