MANTRA, a Layer-1 blockchain, has launched RWAccelerator, a startup accelerator for real-world asset tokenization, supported by Google Cloud.
A Dedicated Program for Startups
RWAccelerator is designed to fast-track innovation in real-world asset tokenization, focusing on real estate, financial products, and alternative assets. Participants will have access to funding opportunities, technical mentorship, and AI-powered support, as well as Google Cloud resources. John Patrick Mullin, CEO of MANTRA, has highlighted the significant impact of this initiative on Web3 startups.
Three Themed Tracks for Startups
RWAccelerator offers three tracks for startups: Infrastructure, Tokenization, and DeFi. The Infrastructure track supports projects developing blockchain infrastructure and security solutions. The Tokenization track focuses on digitizing real-world assets like real estate and financial instruments. The DeFi track encourages the creation of applications to enhance liquidity and lending. Each track involves a rigorous selection process to identify the most innovative ideas.
Google Cloud's Role in the Accelerator
RWAccelerator is powered by Google Cloud, providing cloud credits, workshops on blockchain scalability and security, and technical support. Richard Widdman from Google Cloud emphasized the goal of creating an environment for startups to thrive, experiment, and push boundaries in the Web3 space.
Applications for RWAccelerator's first intake are open until March 20, 2025. Selected participants will be notified by April 1, 2025, and will kick off the three-month program with a summit in Dubai. MANTRA aims to contribute to a multi-trillion-dollar RWA economy, supporting investors, developers, and enterprises.
