Marco Santori is well-known in the cryptocurrency industry for creating the SAFT framework, a tool used by projects to sell tokens to investors prior to launching. He served as chief legal officer at the crypto exchange Kraken, managing a team of nearly 70 lawyers.

In his new role, Santori will focus on companies operating in regulated spaces, expressing a desire to find new projects that can push regulatory boundaries without breaking them. He will also continue to serve as a senior advisor to Kraken.
