Metaplanet Inc. announced the acquisition of 1,005 bitcoins for $108 million, increasing its assets to 13,350 BTC.

Metaplanet purchased 1,005 bitcoins at nearly $107,601 per coin. With this increase, the company became the 5th largest corporate Bitcoin holder, surpassing Galaxy Digital and CleanSpark.
30 Billion JPY Bond Issuance
Metaplanet also announced plans to issue its 19th series of ordinary bonds for 30 billion JPY. Proceeds will be used for a buyback and cancellation of the 3rd series of bonds, while remaining funds will be allocated for additional Bitcoin purchases.
Stock Recovery in Line with Bitcoin Price
Metaplanet's stock price (3350.T) rose by 9.33% after the latest Bitcoin acquisition. Over the month, shares increased by 51%, coinciding with the rise in Bitcoin prices.
With its recent acquisitions, Metaplanet has strengthened its position in the Bitcoin market and continues to plan for future accumulation.
