Expert Opinion
CKPool administrator Kon Kolivas noted that the probability of mining such a block is one in a million, generally requiring 3,500 years of work. According to him, total computing power plays the main role in this success. CKPool users have already mined 297 Bitcoin solo blocks, Kolivas emphasized. This achievement using the Bitax device was first recorded in July 2024.
The remarkable luck and technical capabilities of the Bitax device enabled the miner to achieve significant success in Bitcoin mining, highlighting the importance of computing power.
