Program Goals and Objectives
The Creative Leap Acceleration Programme (CLAP) by the Ministry of Culture focuses on enhancing skills, innovation, and fostering partnerships in Nigeria's creative sector. The initiative aims to create job opportunities, diversify the economy, and strengthen the country's cultural export.
Training Program Content
Participants will receive hands-on training in areas such as music, film, animation, content creation, live production, and audio. The six-week course covers foundational skills in visual storytelling and creative video content production, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and the integration of AI in the creative process.
Implementation and Partnerships
Google and Del York Creative Academy are key partners in implementing the program, providing technical support and training resources. Upon completion, participants will have the opportunity to create high-quality visual content, guided by the mentorship and support provided throughout the program.
