The SuiHub Global Accelerator launches to support projects on the Sui blockchain with financing and technical support for teams with minimum viable products.
Supporting Sui Startups
The accelerator program, organized by the Sui Foundation and its partners, will provide up to $200,000 in funding, along with technical and marketing support to startups with minimum viable products. Funding will be based on meeting development milestones, and SuiHub will take a stake in projects admitted to the program.
Focus on MENA Region
SuiHub's mission is to create a platform for Sui developers in the Middle East and North Africa. It's a joint venture between Sui and Ghaf Group, a Dubai-based firm specializing in Web3. Ghaf Studios will offer strategic support in fundraising, marketing, and tokenomics to participants. Partners include Hong Kong-based Brinc, providing partnership and business development support. The CoinList platform will conduct a token launch workshop and give access to its 10 million users.
Features of Sui Network
Launched by Mysten Labs in May 2023, Sui is characterized by high throughput and transaction speed. As of September 2024, the network has over 18.19 million active accounts and processed over 4.58 billion transactions. Sui uses the Move programming language, initially developed for Meta's Diem project.
The SuiHub Global Accelerator aims to support innovative projects in the MENA region, combining funding and expert guidance to implement ideas on the Sui blockchain.
