OpenAI plans to merge the o-series and GPT-series models to create a more homogeneous and high-performing experience. GPT-5 will be integrated into ChatGPT and OpenAI’s API, enhancing them with voice, interactive interface, and deep analysis capabilities.
Accessibility and Application of the New AI Technology
OpenAI confirmed that GPT-5 will be available to free ChatGPT users with restrictions. More advanced AI capabilities will be available to ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers. The official release date has not been set.
