    First IFO Launch on Arbitrum

PancakeSwap has announced its first Initial Farm Offering (IFO) on the Arbitrum network. This event marks a significant step in PancakeSwap's multichain expansion strategy. The IFO will take place from 10:15 AM UTC on September 24, 2024, to 10:15 AM UTC on September 25, 2024.

    Features of Eigenpie

Eigenpie is an innovative Liquid Restaking Protocol built on EigenLayer. It allows users to restake their ETH or Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) while maintaining liquidity through a Liquid Restaking Token (LRT). The EGP token serves as Eigenpie's native governance token, enabling holders to participate in protocol governance, earn rewards, and amplify their influence through vote-locked EGP (vlEGP).

    Details and Participation

Participation in the IFO will be accessible via two primary channels. The Basic IFO will be available to all CAKE holders. For those with veCAKE on BNB Chain, a Public IFO will offer exclusive access with a reduced participation fee. Participants will need to lock CAKE to obtain veCAKE, which they will then use to join the IFO.

The launch of the first IFO on the Arbitrum network is a significant milestone for PancakeSwap, signaling its ongoing expansion and adoption of innovative solutions in the DeFi space.
