The Solana-based meme coin Peanut the Squirrel has caught the crypto community's attention due to its impressive market capitalization growth and entry into the top 100 cryptocurrencies.

The Creation of Peanut the Squirrel

Peanut the Squirrel was created as a tribute to a squirrel named Peanut, euthanized by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in October. The token was launched in November, experiencing significant buying pressure that led to its rapid rise.

Price Dynamics and Market Positions

Peanut the Squirrel reached its lowest point on November 4, a day before the US election, trading at $0.03104. Subsequently, after Donald Trump's victory, the crypto market underwent a bullish run, resulting in PNUT's 256% gain, hitting a new all-time high of $0.47 on November 11. The listing on Binance on November 12 spurred further growth by 170%, propelling the token's market cap to $1.2 billion and entering the top 100 cryptos.

Technical Analysis and Forecast

Peanut the Squirrel is showing a bullish trend, trading at the upper end of the Fibonacci scale. If there is a reversal, corrections to 0.382 or 0.5 levels may occur. Currently, the token's RSI is at 84.93, indicating overbought territory, suggesting a price correction might occur soon if volumes decrease. However, continued buying pressure may lead to sustained growth.

At the time of writing, PNUT's price had surpassed $2.14, with a market cap of $2.15 billion and trading volume increasing by 221%.
