The game Hamster Kombat, which has rapidly gained worldwide popularity, is now in the spotlight due to its ties to the Arenum project and conflicts surrounding the token listing.

The History of Hamster Kombat

Hamster Kombat, which appeared on Telegram in March, attracted over 155 million players monthly within six months. The game's concept is simple: users tap hamsters or perform other tasks to earn coins that can later be sold or exchanged on cryptocurrency exchanges after listing. The project's history dates back to 2020 when entrepreneur Eduard Gurinovich, known as the co-founder of the CarPrice platform, approached the IT holding AD.RU with the idea of launching Arenum, a portal for mobile games and esports. AD.RU specialists, appreciating the project's potential, invested $600,000 for an 18.6 percent stake. AD.RU soon became actively involved in promoting Arenum, attracting additional investments and expanding its reach. As a result, the project received over a million dollars, and AD.RU's stake increased to 25 percent. However, by 2021, it became apparent that expenses were exceeding revenues, and the team decided to use IDO (Initial DEX Offering) to raise funds through cryptocurrency tokens. This strategy brought Arenum $10 million, allowing further development of new products.

Connection Between Hamster Kombat and Arenum

In the spring of 2024, the Hamster Kombat project was launched and quickly went viral. However, in June, Eduard Gurinovich suddenly stated that Hamster Kombat was not connected to Arenum, which puzzled AD.RU, which had been actively involved in the project for over four years. Technical expertise showed that Hamster Kombat was created using Arenum's resources, and the game's servers are hosted on the same hosting as the company. Despite Gurinovich's attempts to distance himself from Arenum, the connection between the project and its investors is evident. AD.RU intends to resolve the issue legally and has already sent a pre-trial claim.

Conflict with Influencers

AD.RU is not the only party affected by Gurinovich's unfair actions. In August, before the planned listing, Nikita Anufriev, one of the partners responsible for marketing, left the project. He claims to have promoted Hamster Kombat for 25% of profits or a share in tokens, attracting hundreds of millions of users and establishing significant partnerships. However, despite the achieved success, Gurinovich, according to Anufriev, decided to return early investors their investments, which influencers perceived as an insult. Currently, the fate of Hamster Kombat's listing on Binance remains uncertain amid corporate conflicts and issues with investors and partners. The world's largest crypto platform has strict requirements for tokens, including the team's commitment to the project, level of public communication, and ethical behavior. When and if Hamster Kombat will meet these standards remains unknown.

The fate of the Hamster Kombat listing on Binance remains uncertain amid corporate conflicts and issues with investors and partners. However, the game's popularity and interest in the project continue to grow despite the obstacles.
