Pump.fun, the memecoin launchpad on Solana, has announced the launch of PumpSwap, a decentralized exchange offering instant token migration with zero fees and enhanced liquidity.
What is PumpSwap?
PumpSwap is a new decentralized exchange protocol built on Solana. Operating under a constant product automated market maker model similar to Raydium v4 and Uniswap v2, it allows users to create liquidity pools, add to existing ones, and trade all PumpSwap tokens.
Features and Benefits
PumpSwap's launch introduces instant migrations without the previous fee of six SOL, reducing complexity for new users. Initial fees will be set at 0.25% per trade, with 0.20% of that going to liquidity providers and 0.05% to the protocol.
Partnerships and Token Support
In addition to memecoins, PumpSwap will offer access to several partner platform tokens, including Pudgy Penguins, Aptos, Tron, Jupiter, Sei, and LayerZero. The DEX will also support Coinbase’s wrapped token cbBTC, Ethena Labs’s stablecoin USDe, and Frax Finance’s frxUSD and FXS.
PumpSwap's rollout comes a day after Raydium launched its own memecoin factory, LaunchLab. Users anticipate the impact PumpSwap will have on the market and its potential to improve accessibility to Web3 technologies.
