Today, February 25, 2025, Pundi AI officially announced the launch of its token upgrade, which includes changing the ticker from $FX to $PUNDIAI and significantly reducing the supply.
Transition to the New Token
From today, the $PUNDIAI token replaces the previous $FX. One of the key factors in the upgrade is the 100:1 reduction in token supply. The maximum supply will decrease to 18.9 million, and the circulating supply to 7.95 million.
Upgrade Features
The upgrade requires no action from $FX token holders on centralized exchanges and on the Pundi AIFX Omnilayer. Tokens will be automatically upgraded. Staked tokens will also maintain their eligibility for rewards. Holders on Base and Ethereum will need to manually upgrade their tokens to $PUNDIAI or bridge to an automatic upgrade.
Future Plans of Pundi AI
The company plans to develop a decentralized AI ecosystem. Future projects include the Pundi AI Data Marketplace and Pundi Fun AI Agent Launcher. These are steps towards creating an open and transparent AI environment.
