Raoul Pal, co-founder and CEO of Real Vision, made new statements about the upcoming changes in the cryptocurrency market. According to him, Bitcoin and altcoins are in a growth zone he calls the 'Banana Zone'.

The 'Banana Zone' Phase

The term 'Banana Zone' was coined by Raoul Pal to describe a period of significant price increases. Pal noted that the market is still in an upward cycle, which is divided into three phases.

Consolidation and Altcoin Season

According to Pal, the first phase of the 'Banana Zone' occurred in November last year, and we are currently in a consolidation phase similar to the 2016/2017 cycle. This consolidation is expected not to last long. The next phase will be the altcoin season, where prices will rise significantly.

Third Phase and Future Expectations

After the second phase, when altcoin prices peak, the third phase will begin, characterized by greater consolidation. Pal believes this will lead to further market strengthening. 'Yes, we are still in Banana Country... This is my roadmap to Valhalla.'

Thus, Raoul Pal sees the current market conditions as continuing price growth for cryptocurrencies through the three phases of the 'Banana Zone'.
