In a new partnership, Ripple and Ctrl Alt will enhance the real estate tokenization system in Dubai, ensuring secure storage of tokenized property rights.
Partnership for Real Estate Tokenization
Ripple has announced a collaboration with Ctrl Alt, a UAE-based virtual asset service provider, to further Dubai's ambition of digitizing its real estate sector. Under this partnership, Ripple Custody will deliver secure and scalable storage for tokenized property titles issued by the Dubai Land Department on the XRP Ledger.
Prypco Mint Platform
The partnership also involves integrating Ripple’s blockchain custody infrastructure to securely manage property tokens. The new tokenization platform, Prypco Mint, allows for investment in fractional ownership starting from AED 2,000 (around $545), aiming to tokenize up to $16 billion worth of properties by 2033.
Dubai and the Future of Asset Tokenization
Dubai is actively working to become a global leader in the tokenization of real assets. In May 2025 alone, tokenized real estate sales accounted for nearly $400 million, representing 17.4% of total property transactions in the city. The region also saw the approval of the first tokenized money market fund.
The partnership between Ripple and Ctrl Alt strengthens Dubai's position in the fintech landscape and highlights the growing trend toward asset tokenization.
