The conference is organized by the SEC's Investment Management Division and will gather leading voices from the asset management industry, regulatory agencies, and academia to discuss current issues and new challenges.

The conference will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. ET and will feature multiple sessions focused on various topics, including:
* Former IM Directors Reflecting on 85 Years of the ’40 Acts * Digital Assets and Tokenization * Product Proliferation in Registered Funds * Retail Access to Private Markets.
Participants and Format
Speakers will include SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce, Investment Management Division Director Natasha Vij Greiner, and a range of external experts. The conference will take place in person at SEC Headquarters and virtually via live webcast. In-person attendance requires registration, while virtual attendance is free and open to all without registration. All sessions will be archived for later viewing.
