On January 14, 2025, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida preliminarily approved a settlement of a class action regarding the purchase of Astrals NFT and Galaxy Tokens.
Preliminary Approval of the Case
The court has preliminarily approved the settlement proposal for the class action related to the purchase of Astrals NFT and Galaxy Tokens. The case is known as Harper v. O'Neal, Case No. 23-CV-21912-MORENO. The class includes those who purchased Astrals NFTs between May 24, 2022, and January 14, 2025, and/or purchased GLXY tokens before January 14, 2025.
Settlement Terms
Claims for settlement benefits must be submitted by April 17, 2025. Objections to the settlement and requests for exclusion must be received by March 3, 2025, as per the guidelines outlined in the Class Notice available on the settlement website.
