SharpLink Gaming has acquired 176,271 ETH valued at $462.9 million. This makes SharpLink the largest publicly traded holder of Ethereum, second only to the Ethereum Foundation.
Financing Strategy
SharpLink is the first Nasdaq-listed company to make Ethereum the core of its treasury strategy. Funds for the ETH purchase were raised through a PIPE deal on May 26, 2025, and through the sale of shares which generated approximately $79 million.
